You can return your purchased product within 14 days of receipt, in the same condition as you received it. For returns, the purchased product must be unused or undamaged. Return requests must be notified to our company by phone or email. Regarding your return request, the product must be returned to us after our company has evaluated it. To qualify for a refund, the customer is responsible for returning the product unused. Returned products must be packaged to prevent breakage during shipping. The loss of commercial value of a product damaged during shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The product you wish to return must be shipped to the company's address, along with the original invoice (all copies), with the shipping costs covered by you.
Returns of used products are not accepted. If the customer returns the product or cancels their purchase, the product price will be refunded within ten (14) days from the date the returned product reaches our return address. This process is entirely dependent on your bank. Refunds made for installment sales are charged to your credit card as an additional balance each month by your bank. If the invoice for the product you wish to return was issued to a VAT taxpayer (a natural or legal entity required to issue an invoice), the return invoice must be sent along with the product when returning it. The return invoice must be issued excluding shipping (product unit price + VAT). Returns of orders issued to VAT taxpayers (a natural or legal entity required to issue an invoice) will not be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.
